Hadn’t heard of this but I just googled it and it looks fantastic, right up my street (I actually work on formal theories of rationality.) Thanks so much for the tip!
Yoga on the road
I’ve been away at a conference for the last couple of weeks, and have really missed my daily practice. Part of the problem was having early starts and packed days while trying to network in the evenings (I’ll be job hunting soon!) but if I had been more committed I could have found time for a short asana session most days. Another problem was spending the first few nights in a hostel dorm with 20 or so other people, but I’m sure could have found a park if I’d really tried.
But I think the biggest obstacle was no mat! And I didn’t want to sacrifice travelling light. Next time I think I need to be better prepared, so thinking about these: http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Paws-Mini-Mats-Hands/dp/B002ANH67K/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top
I’ve definitely got to figure out this yoga on the road thing…

As usual, Russell has already articulated my own views far more eloquently than I could have.
